Address the envelopes first. Then write in the cards if you wish. This takes less time than looking up each name, one at a time.
Just address 5 to 10 cards a day if your list seems overwhelming
Put stamps and return address labels on the envelopes while talking on the phone or let the kids help.
When you receive cards from other people , immediately note any address changes on your list and in your address book.

Mail early in the day . This helps relieve the afternoon crunch at the post office and your cards may be delivered a day earlier.
